You will receive a proof to approve before printing and can request as many edits or changes as needed until it looks just like you want it!

ALL ORDERS:
High resolution photo should be sent to jenn@inkberrycards.com after ordering, along with your order number. Proofs are sent via email within 24-48 hours (business days).
DIY ORDERS:
No physical items are shipped for DIY Digital/Printable designs. DIY Digital Printable orders must select the "NO-SHIP" option at checkout to remove any default shipping charges from your order. Printable designs are for your personal use only. DIY orders receive proofs in high resolution, print-ready format so you can print right away if edits are not needed. Digital file is in JPEG format, 300 dpi. If you need a different format such as PDF with 2 cards set up on an 8.5x11 page, please request this in the NOTES section at checkout.
PRINTED ORDERS:
All printed invitations and cards come with white envelopes and a matching back design. Proofs are emailed within 24-48 hours (business days) and must be approved by the customer prior to printing. After you have approved your proof, please plan to allow up to 5 business days for your print processing and packaging before shipping, although many orders are received in as little as 2 days after proof approval.
